Dr. Cindy Yoshiko Shirata is a Lecturer at Chiba University of Commerce, specializing in Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consulting. She earned both her MBA and PhD in Business Administration from the University of Tsukuba and has dedicated her career to nurturing future leaders by teaching PhD and MBA courses at renowned institutions such as the University of Tsukuba and Nihon University.
Her professional journey is marked by influential roles, including serving as Council Chairman at the Road Tax Rating Council of the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau and holding key board positions at Growthix Capital Co., Ltd.
